This is a fully furnished small 3/2 apartment
and a large 1/1 being rented together or
separately (Rates listed are for the 3/2
apartment only). If interested in renting both
apartments please inquire about rates.
This property can accommodate a large group
of up to 12 people if both apartments are taken.
It is perfect for large families traveling with in
laws (in-laws can take the 1/1) or extended
family that want to stay together but yet maintain
a level of privacy. It is also ideal for friends who
want to stay near each other (Each group can
rent one of the apartments).
The 1/1 (sleeps 4) and the 3/2 (sleeps 7-8).
Both units have full kitchens .
The 3/2 has a large master with a queen bed
(sleeps 2), en suite bathroom and a private
porch. The other two small bedrooms have a
bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top that
sleeps 3) in one room and a Queen bed that
sleeps 2 in the other room. The master
bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and
the second bathroom has a tub/shower
combination. The living room/dining room is
small but cozy with a large window facing the
magnificent yard. The sofa opens to a sofa bed.
The 1/1 has a large living room with a pull out
queen sofa which sleeps 2. The bedroom has
a Queen bed which sleeps 2 more. The
bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

This property is partially fenced in. The large
yard has a picnic table under a magnificent
mango tree. There is also a gas grill and a
small laundry room with a coin operated
washer and dryer ($1.25/wash and $1.00/dry).
