This is a fully furnished large 1/1 and small 3/2
This property can accommodate a large group
of up to 12 people. It is perfect for large
families traveling with in laws or extended
family that want to stay together but yet maintain
a level of privacy. It is also ideal for friends who
want to stay near each other.
The 1/1 (sleeps 4) and the 3/2 (sleeps 7). Both
units have full kitchens . The 1/1 has a large
living room with a pull out queen sofa which
sleeps 2. The bedroom has a Queen bed
which sleeps 2 more. The bathroom has a
tub/shower combination.
The 3/2 has a large master with a queen bed
(sleeps 2), and a private porch. The other two
very small (75 square feet) bedrooms have a
bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top that
sleeps 3) in one room and a full bed that
sleeps 2 in the other room. These two small
rooms are perfect for children or single adults
or a couple that is not very large. The master
bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and
the second bathroom has a tub/shower
combination. The living room/dining room is
small but cozy with a large window facing the
magnificent yard. The sofa opens to a sofa bed.
Please note that the 3/2 is a very small place
and I do not recommend sleeping in the living
room although the sofa is a sofa bed. If you do
not mind a small space and sharing and are
looking to save money this is the place for you
and by all means use the sofa bed as well.
This property is partially fenced in. The large
yard has a picnic table under a magnificent
mango tree. There is also a gas grill and a
small laundry room with a coin operated
washer and dryer ($1.25/wash and $1.00/dry).
